CBIA Programming

This calendar lists public programs offered by CBIA. Please check in on the day of an event to make sure there have been no last minute changes.

All programs are led by a peer who has experienced an acute brain injury or a caregiver who has supported a person with an acute brain injury.

Intervention practice programs, such as speech and occupational, provide you with an opportunity to practice and learn recovery methods with peers.

Support groups provide you with the support of others who understand what it is to have experience, or cared for someone with, an acute brain injury.

CBIA programming does not constitute medical care or replace the advice of any medical provider. While CBIA does its best to create safe spaces for participants, CBIA is not responsible for your choices during any program or for any injury or insult you may experience during your participation.Â
