Update - Helmet Awareness day -June 2026 No Grant yet
Sally and Matt are working on one with the SCCEF. Not enough time for a parade this year. If Grant is received then Sally suggests we give a rebate to the first 100 helmets sold of $15.00 The remainder of Grant to be used for advertising and overhead. Sally would like letters of support from places that sell helmets.
Grant suggestions have been given to Sally and Matt which include the ATV Club contact is Mark 604 819-5375. Rodeo, Skating,
Mike to get permits and tickets for 500, 50/50 tickets from May 1st to the end of August @ $10 each for Markets, garlic festival, Logan parent rodeo, etc…
Marketing
Purchases - Mike to get pricing for tri-fold handout and advise executives

MLA - Mike to continue discussions with Lorne

Facility - we have moved into the office but still need the contract, keys

Bernie and Sue to seek out members in the community who might be interested in joining the CBIA board - Sue suggested we have an informal coffee/tea at her home to introduce ourselves and our group.
